Dr. Mastura Md Yusof is among the top medical oncologist in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Dr. Mastura Md Yusof’s area of expertise in clinical oncology encompasses radiation therapy, medical oncology and cancer palliation as well as clinical research in breast, colorectal and gastrointestinal cancers and various cancer sites.
For her outstanding work and efforts, Dr Mastura was awarded the Universiti Malaya Excellent award for 2014. Dr Mastura serves as consultant in various advisory boards and expert committee panels for cancer and cancer-related services in government such as good oncology practice and chemotherapy protocol guideline, as well as in private sectors.
Dr Mastura is currently an EXCO member of the Malaysian Oncological Society and a member of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia (AM), European Society of Medical Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncology and European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology. She has worked and shared her expertise with NGOs championing cancer awareness, early diagnosis and treatment within Malaysia and South East Asia.
