She has been involved in giving public talks & lectures on Breast Cancer (including screening breast examination) since 1999 and has been the co-organising Chairperson for the Wear It Pink Breast Awareness Campaigns for Pantai Hospital Kuala Lumpur since 2008. She is currently a member of the Breast Chapter in the College of Surgeons of Malaysia and also a Member of Malaysia Oncological Society.
