Refund Policy

30 days refund policy

This policy is applicable to both online and offline consultations. In case after booking the appointment you are not able to take or get the consultation for some reasons then we will refund the amount in the same account through which online payment was made. However, no refunds will be made after 30 days of making bookings.

Deductions

No deductions if we have cancelled the appointments because of some unavoidable circumstances.

20% amount will be deducted as administrative charges in case patients has to cancel the appointment for some reason.

No refund

No refund will be given to the patient after he has availed the online consultation and prescription has been given to him.
