Dr. Sureisen Mariapan is among the best orthopedician in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Dr Sureisen obtained his MBBS degree from University of Malaya (UM) in 2002 and completed his postgraduate training in Orthopedic surgery in 2010. Then he further subspecialised in the field of spine surgery and obtained his spine fellowship in France, Germany, Korea and England. He is Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia board certified spine surgeon.
Dr Sureisen has published numerous journals including the Malaysian Orthopaedic Journal; Hong Kong Journal of Orthopaedic; Indian Journal of Orthopaedics; and European Journal of Orthopaedic.
He is trained in using the latest technologies in spine treatment like endoscopic spine surgery, navigation assisted surgery and lateral access spine surgery to effectively treat patients. He has vast experience in handling complex spine & trauma surgeries as he has been working independently in government sector for many years.
