Dr. Benjamin Philip Levy

Si Dr. Benjamin Levy ay isang thoracic medical oncologist na nagsisilbi rin bilang clinical director ng medical oncology para sa Johns Hopkins Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center sa Sibley Memorial Hospital at bilang associate professor of oncology sa Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Dr. Levy is a clinician scientist who is interested in novel immunotherapeutic treatments for patients with advanced kanser sa baga, as well as biomarkers that help identify those patients who are more likely to respond to such medicines. He specialises in thoracic malignancies such as non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, thymic malignancies, and kanser sa ulo at leeg.

Dr. Levy graduated from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed an internal medicine residency at Georgetown University Hospital, followed by a hematology/oncology fellowship at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Centre, where he received the Department of Medicine Research Fellow of the Year Award and the 2009 American Society of Clinical Oncology Young Investigator Award for his prosteyt kanser clinical research. Dr. Levy previously worked as an assistant professor at the Icahn School of Medicine, as the medical director of thoracic oncology for Mount Sinai Health Systems, and as the associate director of Mount Sinai Hospital’s Cancer Klinikal na pagsubok Opisina.
